EXPANDABLE BATONS HARDENED AND NON-HARDENED
Let us offer you high-quality metal expandable batons. They are made in non-hardened (classical) or hardened (police) versions in three different lengths of 16", 18", 21" and 26". The baton is opened by sharp flick and stays firmly fixed in this position. The baton has top quality tenacious rubber grip with an original surface. This surface expressively decreases any possibility of yanking the baton from the hand. For carrying on a belt the baton is sold together with a nylon holder, which allows the baton to be turned in the optimal position.
The baton serves for fast self-defense in different situations. This product is suitable for the police (hardened version), security agencies, guards, against an assailant armed with a knife, walking in the country alone or with a dog.
Expandable batons are not intended for sale in the USA.

Expandable batons 21" and 16"
standard NON-HARDENED version
- have a top quality tenacious rubber grip with an original surface. This surface expressively decreases any possibility of the baton being yanked from the hand. A firm grasp of the baton gives the user a comfortable certitude. The non-hardened baton is recommended for personal self -defense and is not designed for professional use. The batons are made in nickel or black design.

Expandable batons 26", 21", 16" and 18"
HARDENED version - also have a top quality tenacious rubber grip with an original surface like the non-hardened batons. The difference to the non-hardened version is the expandable tubes, which are made from a more superior material and hardened with heat treatment. Therefore, they are high resistant to warping if the baton is exposed to a hard blow. The surfaces in black versions are produced in hard metal black film.
In contrast to black chrome, this surface is resistant to abrasion and scratching. Our company is the first in world to develop and use this technology on for the expandable baton. The batons are also made in white chrome design. Hardened expandable batons are intended for professional use by police and other authorities.
All expandable batons are supplied with plastic holder BH-2. This plastic holder enables:
- very quick drawing of the baton just with one hand, since thanks to automatic opening of the holder after unfastening of nylon strap there is almost no friction
- possibility of modification of size of aperture for the belt by cutting the dividers and thus inclination of the holder forward or backward as needed
- holder with unfastened nylon strap enables holding of expanded baton

SURFACE DESIGN:
Black Metal-Carbide, Black Chrome or Bright Chrome Finish.
The surfaces for black versions are produced in hard metal black film. This surface is resistant to abrasion. The Rochelle products company is the first in the world to develop and use this technology for an expandable baton.
HOLDER:
Nylon with reinforcement from plastic, the baton can be easily taken out by one hand without holding the holster with the second hand. A leather holster is available on request (additional charge).
