COUNTER-BLOW PROTECTIVE UNIT Model P 8010
The counter-blow protective unit is designated for members of the anti-riot and civic order keeping police troops. Counter-blow unit provides its user with maximal protection against any injury being induced in assaults with the attackers, namely, by means of :
- human force:
- with the hands (blows)
- with the legs (kicks, kicks with running up)
- human force in using various objects:
- beating with the iron tube
- beating with wooden balk
- beating with nailed wooden board
- thrown pavestones
- throwing the tie nuts from railway yards
- shooting and slinging screws, nuts and steel balls
- thrown frangible grenades, chemicals etc.
The counter-blow protective units assures protection against the above violent attacks over the body region (frontal and dorsal profile), lateral parts, upper and lower limbs as well as in the thigh regions.
Constructional solution of counter-blow unit allows any free motion of all the joints and movable body parts of the user without any restriction.
Technical parameters:
Counter-blow protective unit is composed of several autonomous protectors that give the various grades of protection against the cut-and-thrust arms as well as any mechanic impacts (attacks):
- protector of upper body part (composed of the front and back body covers, the right-and-left side shoulder guards, right-and-left side elbow and forearm guards
- thigh protector (guard)
- lap shield (suspensor)
- shank protector (right-and-left sides )
In view of technical design, this counter-blow unit is constructed to face any probable injury as object-induced to the users body at certain specific angles.
Protection coverage and grade of the frontal body parts are previewed satisfying the requirement of not less than 65% protection. Supplied with protectors, the high protective surface does not decrease any flexibility and resilience of all resilient parts of the body, allowing the user to move without any considerable constraint.
Construction of counter-blow unit:
The construction solution of counter-blow unitallows its quick putting on and taking off without the help of any other person. Fastening systems and the fixation itself of any individual plastic protectors prevent from the possibility of spontaneous or forcible unbuckling or separation induced by the attacker.
To achieve the required protection in all the protectors, the most important thing to make is the choice of the right protector size. An adequate required protection of the user can only be provided with the protector, which has the right size, being correctly set and fastened on. From this reason, the protectors are manufactured in various sizes.
